FAQ

The details.

Do included credits roll over?▾

On a monthly plan, credits included but unused are lost at the end of the month. On a yearly plan they add up until your renewal date. Credits you buy never expire, on any plan.

Which credits are used first?▾

The pocket that expires soonest. Welcome credits, then included credits, then accumulated ones, then the credits you bought.

Is a failed SMS charged?▾

No. A text that fails to deliver is refunded to your balance.

Can refills happen on their own?▾

Yes, on paid plans. Set a threshold, an amount and a monthly cap, and the balance refills itself.

When does Custom start?▾

Above 50,000 credits in one purchase, 100,000 credits burnt two months in a row, or 25,000 contacts in one send, we suggest a call. Nothing is ever blocked while we talk.

Do managed assets share my balance?▾

Yes. The parent account pays, its balance and its rates apply to every asset it manages, each with its own fanbase and its own sends.
