Why credits?▾

One balance for every channel, one price on every plan, and what you buy never expires. No prepaid balance that dies, no overage, no auto-upgrade.

What happens when I run out of credits?▾

Nothing blocks. Refill from €10 at €2 per 1,000, and a send never stops halfway.

What still works at 0 credits?▾

Everything that captures. Fans keep signing up, your Bio Link and RSVP pages stay live. Only sending waits for a refill.

Do my credits expire?▾

Credits you buy never expire. Credits included in a plan reset every month, or add up until your renewal date on a yearly plan.

How is SMS billed?▾

In credits, from the same balance as your emails. An SMS costs the credits of the recipient's zone, per segment, from 15 credits. You see the credits before you send, and a failed SMS is refunded.

What unlocks at Lite?▾

Every feature. Unlimited RSVPs, door check-in, fan photos, embed on your site, scheduled sends, HTML email import, pro SMS rates and longer texts. Spark and Boost add credits, seats and managed assets, not features.

What are seats and managed assets?▾

A seat is one more person on your account, €5 a month from Lite. A managed asset is an artist, a venue or a brand you run under your account, with its own fanbase and its own sends, 2 included in Spark and 4 in Boost.

Can I change plan?▾

Upgrade any time, it applies immediately and credit packs bought this month are deducted. Downgrade or cancel at the end of the paid period, and the credits you bought stay.
